First, I want to thank everyone who has been following our blog for the past couple months. You guys are the reason we do this, and we love hearing your feedback and comments about the work we put up here and on Facebook. Speaking of, if you aren’t a part of the Kaufman Kramer Productions Facebook Group, you really should be. 9 out of 10 doctors agree its in your best interest. J/K…or am I??? Anyway, on to the photos…that aren’t wedding photos! Wha???
You may be wondering what the title of this post is all about. Well, we are neck deep in the middle of wedding season, and as Im sure you’ve seen by the flurry of updates, we are jamming out photos, videos, and slideshows like nobody’s business. Well, I guess it is our business, but I digress.
During wedding season, all of us are working very hard to complete engagement and wedding shoots, manage all of our new contacts, design albums, meet with new clients, and so much more (some you will see, some you won’t). As you might imagine this leaves little time for personal work, although we always try to squeeze some in where we can, and that’s what the pictures you see above represent. Pure, unsolicited, unpaid, unscheduled, uncontrolled, unscripted photography.
You may hate it, you may love it, but that’s the beauty of personal work. The only person’s opinion that matters is yours. Personal work can keep you going, and keep you motivated. It’s certainly a great way to force you to put the stylus down and get outside after you’ve been sitting in front of an iMac for sometimes 12+ hours a day. I’ll share more personal stuff as it comes along.
